Information and talks on professional development opportunities and what these might be. 
Sessions sharing experiences of certain professional development paths and reflecting on these.
Potentially looking at a coaching cohort of qualified coaches from within the RAISE network who might be able to provide sets of coaching sessions for colleagues at different institutions.
To look at group coaching sessions themed on some specific professional development areas.
